- Come meet you and your family to find out more about your requirements.
- Complete the preliminary home inspection.
- Fill out the NDIS report (using the required acceptable template)
- Create a scope of work for the equipment and/or modification script.
- Obtain quotations from contractors, builders, and equipment suppliers.
- Before submitting the application to the NDIS, provide you with a draught for your approval.
- Fill out the application and send it to the NDIS.
- Respond to the NDIS's questions on the report and recommendations.
- Maintain communication with the builder throughout the construction phase.
- Provide a follow-up consultation to check that the modifications and equipment are in place and working properly.
